Role Overview
As a Corporate Tax Consultant, you will advise entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international founders entering the Canadian market. Your work will support compliance, tax planning, and financial structuring for businesses establishing or expanding their operations in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tax strategies aligned with Canadian federal and provincial regulations.
- Support clients in corporate structuring, financial planning, and cross-border considerations.
- Prepare and review corporate tax filings and related financial documentation.
- Work closely with CBGA’s advisory, legal, and financial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in corporate tax, financial reporting, or related advisory fields.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to provide clear, practical guidance to entrepreneurs and business owners.
