Role Overview
This senior-level role is designed for an experienced professional who can lead complex business immigration engagements. You will work with global entrepreneurs, investment groups, and consultants, guiding them through programs such as the Start-Up Visa, C11, PNP business streams, and business acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic assessments of client profiles and business models.
- Provide expert guidance on program suitability, compliance expectations, and market viability.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and sector specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Represent CBGA in partnerships, industry events, and advisory collaborations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and best practices across the business immigration discipline.
Who We’re Looking For
- Deep experience in business immigration or adjacent consulting practice.
- Strong understanding of Canadian business ecosystems and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level clients and complex cross-functional projects.
