Working with Immigration Professionals on Business Immigration Cases

Requirements for Your Clients

We typically work with clients who meet the following criteria:

Basic English or French proficiency at CLB 4 level (approximately IELTS 4.0–4.5)

At least 3 years of ownership or senior management experience

From CAD 100,000+, depending on the province and business model

How the Process Works

The process aligns the business component with the immigration pathway at each stage.

1. Initial Case Alignment

We assess the client profile and define a suitable business pathway aligned with program requirements.

2. Strategy and Business Preparation

We develop the business concept, identify suitable options, and prepare the business component in alignment with provincial requirements.

3. Work Permit Stage (RCIC-led)

You lead the work permit process based on the approved business concept and progress at the provincial stage.

4. Post-Arrival Business Implementation

After arrival in Canada, we support business setup, implementation, and compliance with program conditions.

5. Nomination and Permanent Residence

Once the client meets provincial requirements, the province issues a nomination, after which you lead the permanent residence application.
