The Challenge
SightView is a pioneering business that provides cloud-based surveillance solutions. They wanted to improve their efficiency as they were offering a unique opportunity for retail clients to use surveillance cameras to track and observe customer movements and interactions with products in the retail environment. SightView's goal was to help businesses leverage the data to make informed decisions on the placement of marketing material and where to place products, to engage and entice customers.SightView was seeking direction for their strategic business development efforts and information on immigration to expand their operation into the North American market.
Our Approach
CBGA teamed up with SightView to offer holistic support and help in their business development efforts. We assisted the client in obtaining the documentation for their Start-up Visa for the leadership team in relocating to Canada.
