On November 5, CBGA participated in Startup Investment Night held at Hangzhou Startup Accelerator in Zhejiang Province, China. The private event brought together venture fund representatives, private investors, and entrepreneurs exploring international investment and expansion opportunities.
The evening program included presentations of cross-border projects open for investment and strategic partnership across China and Canada. Discussions covered real-sector investments, business immigration pathways, structured approaches to international market entry, and fintech initiatives.
CBGA presented its advisory framework for supporting Chinese entrepreneurs and corporate groups entering the Canadian market, outlining regulatory mechanisms such as the Start-Up Visa program, C11 work permits, and intra-company transfer structures. The presentation addressed capital planning, ownership structuring, compliance requirements, and long-term operational alignment within Canada’s business and immigration framework.

The event also featured presentations by Aichin Group (Shenzhen), an international trading and investment company focused on overseas capital deployment, and DMaple, a Canadian fintech startup developing stablecoin-based payment infrastructure. DMaple is currently at the Seed stage and raising capital to support licensing and scaling efforts.
Participation in Startup Investment Night forms part of CBGA’s ongoing engagement in China and the broader APAC region. In collaboration with Aichin Group, CBGA is advancing the development of CBGA China to support structured and compliant market entry into Canada for entrepreneurs and corporate groups.
CBGA continues to work with international investor and business communities evaluating long-term expansion into North America, with a focus on regulatory alignment, operational structuring, and sustainable market entry strategies.
