CLIENT: World Diversity and Accessibility Association (WDAA)
INDUSTRY: Non-profit, Accessibility Advocacy
The Challenge
WDAA, a progressive non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing diversity, accessibility, and inclusion throughout industries and communities sought to take their meaningful, impactful work to a global level. WDAA wanted to leverage their various programs through strategic growth initiatives, new international partnerships and accessing various funding opportunities to effect positive change internationally. WDAA needed support to maximize their impact, funding opportunities, as well as to reposition their brand as a recognized leader and advocate for diversity and accessibility.
Our Approach
North America and globally. We performed detailed market research and analysis and provided strategic growth recommendations, and enhanced organizational structure to extend WDAA's impact.
CBGA supported WDAA in securing ongoing funding through grant applications, and partnership development with various stakeholders. By supporting WDAA in accessing additional revenue sources, grants and sponsorships, our strategy had ensured that WDAA would be able to grow and sustain their programming, and develop strong partnerships with other international organizations, sustaining their advocacy for accessibility.
The Solution
Our team worked closely with WDAA to formalize a process for engaging with global partners, utilizing our broad network to help WDAA connect with organizations and institutions that share the same principles. We also provided assistance with their strategies concerning attending and presenting at major events, which positioned WDAA as a collaborator in discussions surrounding global accessibility and diversity. Through consultancy tailored to WDAA's needs and advice on resource allocation and utilization, we supported WDAA in refining their internal processes to effectively manage their growing diversity of projects and partnerships. Our partnership was also amplified through extensive material support by helping navigate the regulatory landscape and ensure WDAA's initiatives were aligned with international standards for diversity and accessibility frameworks.
Impact and Results
As a result of the strategic partnership with CBGA, WDAA was able to expand operations and gain considerable notoriety for its work on accessibility and inclusion. Our facilitation ensured WDAA was able to both secure the necessary funding to scale its programs and attain recognition as a key player in the diversity and accessibility space. Today, WDAA continues to advance its mission of creating a more inclusive and accessible world.
This partnership has further disengaged WDAA from the necessity of being dependent on a singular national level focus to contributing positively towards the international accessibility community, in which it has a clearly defined inclusive and diverse vision.
