Role Overview
You will support CBGA’s international clients through structured communication, documentation management, and ongoing coordination across engagement stages. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, and project stages.
- Maintain clear communication with consultants and partners.
- Track milestones, provide updates, and ensure requirements are met.
- Support clients in navigating CBGA’s processes and deliverables.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Experience in client-facing or coordination roles is preferred.
