Eligibility Criteria

The Canadian branch must demonstrate the need for the transfer of key employees and must be scalable and sustainable.
The employees being transferred must hold significant roles in the company, such as executives or key operational personnel.
Adequate financial resources to support the transfer, typically around $200K to $500K to cover operational and relocation expenses.
