Role Overview
As an SMM Manager, you will shape CBGA’s digital communication strategy and support content development across multiple service lines. This role involves both execution and strategic planning, with a focus on LinkedIn, thought-leadership content, and professional brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content aligned with CBGA’s professional tone and positioning.
- Work closely with consultants and partners to translate expertise into clear, engaging communication.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign planning, and cross-platform consistency.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in SMM within consulting, B2B services, or professional communication.
- Exceptional writing skills and strong understanding of LinkedIn as a strategic platform.
- Ability to maintain a polished, credible tone consistent with CBGA’s brand.
